The best real estate video makers in 2026
Most listings never get a video. A videographer costs $200 to $500 a listing and takes days; editing it yourself takes evenings you don't have. A real estate video maker turns the photos you already have into short videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
They are not all the same. Some want a link to your listing, some want you to upload photos one by one. Some give you one video, some several. Some put you on camera as an avatar. And the price swings from about $1.30 to $19 a video. Below, the 9 worth knowing, what each one is really for, and what it costs.
Who wrote this: this site is made by the team behind Vidroof, which is on this list. We checked every price and feature on each tool's own website in November 2026 and say plainly who each one suits, including when it isn't us.

What to look at before you pick one
- What you give it. A listing link (Zillow, Realtor.com) is fastest. Photo upload means picking and ordering photos yourself.
- What you get back. One video per listing, or several different ones. One video gets one post; several give you a week of posts.
- Price per listing, not per month. Divide the plan by the listings or videos it includes. A cheap plan with a cap of 3 videos can cost more per listing than a pricier one.
- Voice and you. Some add a voiceover; a few can put your face and your own voice in the video.
- Free to try. Most tools here let you make a first video free. Vidroof doesn't; it's sold per listing from the start.
Each tool, in detail
1. Vidroof
This site is made by the team behind Vidroof.
You paste the link to your listing, from Zillow or any listing site, and Vidroof makes 5 different short videos of that home from your listing photos: each built for a different job, like getting leads, getting comments, getting followers or putting the price in context. You don't pick templates; Vidroof picks the five that fit the home.
Every shot starts from your real photos, so the home looks like the home. Vidroof adds the camera movement, the words on screen, the voice and the music. On the monthly plan you can be in the videos: a likeness made from your headshot, speaking in your own voice. You can change a video's look as many times as you like, free.

Questions agents ask
What's the best tool to make listing videos for Instagram?
If you want several posts per listing without editing, Vidroof (5 different videos from one link). If you want one cheap video a listing, Reeloft or HomeReel. If you want to be on camera, HeyGen. If you like editing, CapCut is free.
How can I turn my listing photos into a video?
Paste your listing link into a tool that imports it (Vidroof, HomeReel, Reeloft), or upload the photos to one that takes uploads (Reel-E, VideoTour.ai, vProp). Each adds camera movement, music and text; some add a voice.
Is there an app that makes a video from a Zillow listing link?
Yes. Vidroof, HomeReel, Reeloft and HeyGen for Real Estate all take a listing link. Vidroof makes 5 different videos from it; the others make one.
What's the cheapest way to get a video for every listing?
On price per video, Reeloft (about $1.90 a video on its yearly plan) and VideoTour.ai ($29 a month for 10). Free: CapCut, if you do the editing. Vidroof is $69 a listing, which buys 5 different videos rather than one.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Every tool here works from photos alone. If you want to appear without filming, HeyGen and Vidroof's monthly plan can put a likeness of you, with your own voice, into the video.
How much does a real estate videographer cost compared to these tools?
A videographer typically charges $200 to $500 or more per listing and takes days. The tools here range from free to $69 per listing and deliver in minutes to hours.
